EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, a very well established estate agency to recruit a Administrator for their office in Chelsea. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a company that is fast paced and rewarding company.

The Role

  • Producing marketing/ advertising material
  • Draw up AST’s
  • Reference Tenants
  • Book in Gas Safety and EPC
  • Book pre tenancy clean. Check in and Check outs
  • Draw up Terms of business for clients
  • Dealing with enquiries efficiently
  • Maintaining company database
  • Dealing with walk in enquiries
  • Supporting the team
  • And other administration details

The Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months experience
  • Confident
  • Well presented
  • Well Spoken
  • Be customer service focused
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated
