Senior HR Business Partner
Up to £75k + Car allowance and

I am looking to speak to immediately available HR Business Partners for a 12-month FTC for a client just south of Birmingham.

Working closely with the Group HR Director, you will work strategically with the business to drive business performance, people capability and engagement You will partner with the Senior Leadership Team and work closely with the Business MD to develop and implement the Group People Strategy and People Plan.

As a member of the senior HR team your role will act as coach to the Senior Management team, building capability and developing people management competencies. You will take a lead role in supporting cultural and in organisational change and design across the business.

Skills & Experience:

  • Full generalist HR background with proven experience of business partnering with a Senior Exec team
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of HR business partnering, strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills and strong decision-making skills
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, commercially focused multi-site environment
  • Advanced facilitation and Executive coaching skills
  • Excellent employment law knowledge and exposure to complex employee relation issues
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills, and the ability to challenge, negotiate and influence
  • MCIPD qualified
