We have an exciting secondment opportunity for an Integrated Governance Administration Assistant to support the Integrated Governance team.
The opportunity for one part time position covering 12 hours a week
Tasks will include:
- Administration duties including typing, filing, scanning, photocopying, updating spreadsheets, managing e-mails
- Logging compliments on Datix and dealing with these in a timely and efficient manner
- Logging complaints and incidents on Datix
- Keeping compliments, complaints, incidents and health care professional feedback records up to date
- General office tasks
The successful applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Word/ Outlook and be able to produce accurately typed documents, letters, reports and e-mail correspondence. Experience of using Datix electronic incident reporting software and use of spread sheets would be an advantage but are not essential requirements. Knowledge of medical terminology would be useful in this role.
