Salary is £50,000 per year + Bonus - company car or car allowance of up to £5,800.
Role: To drive implementation of the HR strategy across the business. Partner with customers to identify business led HR solutions that deliver commercial performance. Provide leadership on the people aspects of business plans and provide input on people and organisational issues.
To be a key and active member of the business management team, contributing to and influencing the development of the business agenda and strategy, providing challenge and consulting support.
Identify how HR can best support the achievement of business aims, shaping and executing on the HR delivery plan.
Candidate: Seeking a candidate with the following:-
o Generalist HR knowledge with experience working with: talent development and organisation design, employee relations, change and performance management and workforce planning / succession management.
o Exposure to compensation and benefits and employee engagement highly beneficial.
o Exposure to business planning and delivery of commercially focussed KPI's
o Understanding of supply chain management from a people perspective
o Developed customer and relationship management skills.
o The ability to establish credibility and be able to influence at senior levels
o Developed networking skills, stakeholder engagement skills and negotiation skills
o Commercial and business acumen
o Understanding of the HR function and its processes and policies in order to advise on its capability to support business objectives, and be able to identify where to source appropriate specialist expertise
o Ability to advise Managers to deliver business strategy and drive performance and capability improvement within their teams
o Ability to identify & analyse trends from both business and HR management information
o Excellent facilitation skills
o Planning, project and change management skills
o Have self-belief in the value of HR and their personal ability to make a difference
o Have independence and the confidence to challenge positively
Educated to degree standard - desirable but must have GCSE (or similar) English & Math's
CIPD or equivalent qualification or relevant HR experience at an appropriate level in a diverse organisation.
