My client seeks an experienced HR Operations Manager to join this established HR Shared Service team to help drive team performance, improve efficiencies and increase service delivery to the business.
Looking after an initial headcount of circa 40, you are responsible for supporting the Team Leaders of the HR Administration and HR Advisory teams to meet and exceed KPI’s and SLA’s, ensuring the business continues to receive service excellence in the employee life cycle.
There is significant stakeholder management and the opportunity to influence at a senior level. It is also anticipated that this role will grow significantly in time as more service lines and business divisions are brought into the HR Shared Services.

I am looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing teams to deliver results within a Shared Services environment with the credibility, drive and gravitas to develop to the next level.
You will report directly into the Head of HR and your ability to work closely with this person and build strong relationships will be the key to your success. It is anticipated that there will be the opportunity to stand in for the Head of HR in times of absence.
