  • Deal with issues with performance management, conduct and grievances
  • Advise and assist managers with restructuring
  • Hold regular meetings with the management team
  • Roll out HR projects in the EMEA region
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Liaise with the Global HR Director and management team to establish training needs
  • Support employee transfers, working with the other members of the HR team as necessary
  • Support recruitment where required, including assisting managers to write complex job descriptions, advising managers on best practice and managing recruitment agency relationships


  • Experience operating at Manager level within an HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • High level of experience in ER case management
  • Experience using HR and recruitment platforms
  • CIPD qualification is desirablE


  • Proven experience in working to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-sufficient
  • Credible and influential
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact confidently with senior management, other managers and external parties
