Rare opportunity for bright administrator to start their career within supportive HR team. You will work alongside the L & D manager to administer a very busy internal and external training programme. This will involve booking courses, inviting participants and sending out joining instructions, monitoring course feedback, keeping training data up to date, booking regulatory courses for all staff and updating on HR data base. You will also produce course handouts and attend courses to facilitate. You will be based within the HR team and so will get exposure to generalist HR duties in addition to L & D. This is a great training opportunity for a bright and confident administrator.
Candidates should be graduate/A'Level qualified with an interest in HR/Learning and development. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and 6 months admin experience.
