What does the role entail?
You will be working from the Central London Office (flexible working from home available going forward) and looking after one of the Consultancies big clients on an advisory basis, focussed mostly on ER requirements, Handbook changes as well as policies and procedures too. You will also occasionally be visiting some of the client’s sites to conduct ER investigations where you will investigate, resolve and see through cases to completion. As part of the role you will look after, coach, advise and mentor 2 HR Assistants too.
What skills will you have?
You will have held ER investigations and led disciplinaries and be highly confident with regards to UK Employment Law and be a pro with policies and procedures. You will ultimately be a HR expert who is Level 7 CIPD qualified ideally with a masters too. You will be happy visiting sites around the UK and working in a very fast paced environment, however some exposure to the charity sector could be beneficial. It will be advantageous if you have experience looking after and developing a small team.
