Brief Description of Role:
To provide proactive and commercial HR business partnering with a specific remit for our Insurance Fee Earning division.
This role focuses predominantly on the UK, but may over time incorporate global offices.
Duties include but are not limited to:
•To be an expert in your field and considered a trusted advisor by your internal clients.
•To be an internal "client facing" representative of the HR Business Partnering team.
•To be the 'point of contact’ for all Employee Relation matters for Fee Earning teams.
•Take ownership of the New Joiner Review process and deliver high level HR advice to managers in respect of new joiner performance.
•Flexible attitude towards working practices and ability to adapt style as required.
•Confident in their own abilities and in their approach.
•To be approachable and responsive to both colleagues and clients.
•To be accountable and straightforward.
•To be professional and courteous in all dealings.
