The HR division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a 9-12 month Fixed term contract for a global organisation who have a significant share of the market they operate in. My client are going through a large transformation project due to an acquisition. This is a regional role, which will be the supporting element in re-shaping the structure of the business unit teams. This role is regional with the majority of their presence to be based at the new Head Office site in Milton Keynes. This is initially a Fixed Term Contract however their may be an opportunity for the right candidate to become permanent.
As the HR Business Partner, reporting into the UK & Ireland HR Director you will play a pivotal part in leading and contributing to the development and delivery of the business strategy. You will partner with the key stakeholders to support through a restructure and redundancy process due to relocation of their Head Office function. Working closely with the key stakeholders in the business to understand the recruitment needs. You will liaise with the HR leadership team as well the business unit teams to deliver HR solutions that are aligned with the business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a warm, engaging and sympathetic approach. You will have experience of operating in a complex, commercial multi-divisional organisation, detailed understanding of HR management, including talent management, resourcing, succession planning, and change management. You will have experience of large scale redundancies and consultation as well as large scale recruitment. You will be well educated to university degree level, and be CIPD Level 7 Qualified, with extensive business partnering experience and possess high performance drive and the ability to lead key initiatives. In exchange you will receive a highly competitive salary of £45,000 with benefits.
