Maintaining HR and Health and Safety electronic database and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislation.
Maintaining integrity of HR employee online database, ensuring clear audit trails and all records are in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Responding to MI requests and provide numerical information as required i.e. Managers’ Reports, monthly absence Reports, recruitment fill times.
Providing administration service for all acquisition activity.

Previous HR experience in a regulated industry.
Knowledge of HR systems
Good understanding of HR practice and some employment law
