-Organise and maintain personnel records
-Update internal databases (e.g. record sickness, probation meetings)
-Prepare HR documents (e.g. employment contracts and induction plans)
-Liaise with external partners including pension company
-Manage company car fleet
-Administration of company benefits (e.g. medical checks, car park permits, childcare vouchers)
-Lead the administration and running of internal training courses
-Support HR Advisor with payroll
-Support the recruitment process
-Support HR Advisor in other HR and Administrative duties as required
-Provide occasional PA duties to senior management (e.g. hotel reservations, visa applications)
Previous HR experience is not necessary, my client is looking for somebody with strong administrative skills along with the ability to use their own initiative.
