The client is a leading organisation based near Newbury.
The HR Administrator will be available for a 12 month contact. The main responsibilities will include:-
- Updating the HR systems
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including liaising with agencies and arranging interviews
- Update and send out contracts and new starter pacts
- Update policies
- Create reports
- First point of contact for all HR queries
The HR Administrator will be available for a 12 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven background as a HR administrator, have the ability to work in a team and independently.
