HR Administrator - Loughborough - Full time, long term - Start 5th February 2018

Our client are a well established organisation based just outside of Loughborough who are seeking an Administrator to work within their HR department on a long term temporary contract.
Your new role
Working within the HR Department you will be providing administrative and clerical support to the HR managers and advisers including:
- Inputting and managing information on the internal HR system
- Preparing reports
- Maintaining documents in accordance with Data Protection Act
- Note taking during meetings
- Handling confidential information
- General admin duties such as filing, scanning and printing
What you'll need to succeed
Strong and experienced Administrators with no previous HR experience are encouraged to apply for this role. The client are looking for confident experienced Administrators who are competent handling sensitive and confidential information and are self-motivated able to organise themselves and multi-task in a busy office environment. You will also need to be a confident user of Microsoft Office including creating reports and letters using mail merge and using Excel to manipulate data.
