A Head Chef role is available at a two AA Rosette restaurant located in Cornwall
The Executive Head Chef of a luxury hotel has a role available for a Head Chef to take on the responsibility for the property’s two AA Rosette restaurant. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner service with seasonal, modern British menus that feature the best produce available in the region local to the property. In this role of Head Chef you will be leading a team of eight chefs working in the kitchen who you will need to train to work to your standards whilst remaining hands on the vast majority of the time. However you will also be expected to carry out necessary kitchen management, paperwork, menu planning, costings and ensure GP targets are achieved.
A strong, stable two AA Rosette background is essential for all Head Chefs applying for this role. It is important that you are used to running your own kitchen, managing your team whilst communicating well with front of house but are also happy to work under an Executive Head Chef.
