Facilities Office Assistant

A permanent role for an engineering company, covering the front of house reception, the incoming switchboard with works requests and contract management duties.

Client Details

Page Personnel is representing a developing engineering organisation with a Facilities Assistant / Receptionist position based in Pudsey, Leeds.


Responsibilities include:

  • Reception duties
  • Operation of incoming switchboard with works' requests
  • Contacting sites to book in site attendances
  • Scheduling of engineering works
  • Customer contract renewal
  • Basic finance duties - chasing POs, etc.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Worked in a similar role previously
  • Have previously worked for a facilities or engineering company
  • Fantastic level of customer service
  • Knowledge of office administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive 17,000-20,000 + Pudsey location + bonus.
