JOB ROLE: Dutch HR Administrator

JOB TYPE: Permanent

COMPANY: Professional Corporate Company

HOURS: 08:30am - 05:30pm

SALARY: £20,000-£25,000 *Depending on experience

LOCATION: Heart of the City - nearest tubes Bank Station

****Must be fluent in Dutch & English

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in administration
  • Create offers of employment and new starter packs
  • Maintenance, creation and improvement of databases, spreadsheets and documents concerned with various areas of administration in the company
  • Ensure compliance of personal data records
  • Sending out and chasing the return of reference checks
  • Administration, Filing and general office duties
  • Conduct employee inductions
  • Monitoring holiday and absence records across the business
  • Ensure the HR procedures manual is kept up to date
  • Data inputting and checking for payroll

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • MUST BE fluent in Dutch and English
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent*
  • Administration experience is necessary
  • An interest in HR is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to work within a fast paced, busy environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A team player and very friendly
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Fantastic customer service skills
