Our client is one of the premier venue finding agencies in the UK. They are seeking coordinators who will handle the sourcing and placement of accommodation, conference and event business.

Job Description:

1.Sourcing conference/accommodation venues for clients, working within a supervised team of coordinators

2.Tailoring client’s event requirements

3.Liaison with clients once venue proposals have been sourced

4.Rate negotiation with hotels/venues

5.Confident telephone manner required

6.Good Word/Excel/Email skills necessary

7.Knowledge of hotel industry an advantage

Salary, Working Hours and Benefits:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

We have additional benefits - paid overtime, NEST pension.
