THE JOB ROLE

An all round customer service / call centre team leader role.
-
Supervising a team of up to 15 staff.
-
Extensive coaching, development, mentoring and training.
-
Conducting 1-1’s, appraisals and carrying out call monitoring.

Setting, monitoring and managing KPI’s and objectives.

Working with senior management and supporting strategic improvements.

Supporting with recruitment and disciplinaries.

Managing staff holidays and absences.

Dealing with escalated calls and leading from the front.

Client facing when they visit the office.
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
-
Previous experience within a customer service / call centre team leader role is ESSENTIAL.

Previous coaching and development experience is essential.

You will be hard working, bubbly, dedicated and motivated with a solid work history.

Excellent PC skills required.
-
You will be required to undertake a credit check and provide 3 years employment references and address history.
THE PACKAGE
-
An annual salary of up to £25k per annum.
-
A Permanent contract.
-
Workings hours rotate every few weeks and are Monday - Friday 7.45am - 2.45pm, 9am - 5pm & 1.30pm - 8.30pm & 2 Saturday morning per month.

22 days holiday rising to 25 with time served plus bank holidays.
