This is a Permanent position for a Customer Service Team Leader to join an international business based in Frimley.

Description

The Customer Service Team Leader will involve the following tasks:

  • Management of a team of 6 customer service advisor's
  • Supervise the workload of the team
  • Ensure the team deliver against KPIs
  • Setting and review of KPIs
  • Manage escalated complaints and queries
  • Training the team to be able to deal with a range of situations
  • Manage the recruitment of any new team members
  • Manage any performance issues effectively
  • Ensure the team are working inline with specific customer SLAs
  • Process improvement and implementation

Profile

The successful candidate for the Customer Service Team Leader based in Frimley will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Proven track record of managing performance
  • Be able to demonstrate where you have changed and implemented new processes
  • Experience of working in a larger organisation would be an advantage
  • Experience of working in a call centre environment would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
