My client based in Wellingborough, a leading 3PL is seeking a Customer Service Manager.

Based in Wellingborough with national travel both with customer and internal meetings

Salary: Up to £35000.00 + car

Purpose of the role:

To be the key contact between your customers and the company. Providing effective communications at all levels, with customer and company management teams and relevant personnel. Ensure service delivery operates within the scope of the contract, monitoring, reporting and acting on variations in standards and/or volumes, in a timely manner.

Person Spec:

Experience of working in a Customer Service / Customer facing environment. (preferrabely Supply Chain)
A strong facilitator of people and stakeholder engagement
Proven experience of customer relationship management.
Strong personal drive and resilience
Customer focused with proven record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibility:

Responsible for the day to day business escalations to the key customer contacts
Effective & timely resolution of customer & general public complaints ensuring the customer is fully communicated too at all stages.
Managing the resourcing levels in line with the contracts budget requirements ensuring delivery of service levels
Transfer key contract strategy points into tangible & achievable activities for the team
Make key recruitment decisions to ensure the team can achieve the customers objectives and growth aspirations
Agree and sign off any additional activity & customer concept impacts for the function, both resource and financial.
Decides what projects will be conducted by the team to aid business continuous improvement programme.
