Customer Service Manager

This is a new and exciting role due to company growth.

You will be required to manage and develop the Customer Services department and deliver the best possible experience for the customers. You will be required to resolve issues and manage customer complaints.

Key areas of responsibility:
To manage and develop the customer service experience, from placing the order to receipt of goods
To manage the prompt and accurate flow of information to the relevant departments
Take the lead in resolving service issues that may arise by coordinating with the, operations department, logistics and sales team
Liaising with customers to resolve queries on orders, prices, stock, delivery and general queries
To oversee the prompt resolution of complaints and communication to customers
Identify and communicate opportunities for the improvement of service to our customers

6 GCSE's A* - C (or equivalent), including Maths and English Language
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
NVQ in Customer Service/Administration/Management (Desirable)
Previous Customer Service Manager Experience (Desirable)
People development and coaching experience

Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on previous experience
