The role will see you handling customer queries, inputting orders and amendments into the system as well as advising customers on products, delivery updates and ad-hoc queries. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks associated with the Customer Service and sales team - updating client accounts as well as keeping track of stock movements.
Experience within a office based customer service role previously
Excellent administrative skills
Abilty to work with high work load and ability to multi-task
