Elliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a client with an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator / Project Manager to join their team in Stokesley on a permanent basis.
My client, a national organisation and market leader in their field have a permanent opportunity within their customer service division.
Working within a small customer service driven team you act as a central point of contact for customers throughout the order fulfilment stage. You will liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure products are delivered and installed to a high standard. In addition you will deal with service queries, troubleshooting with the customer over the telephone and booking engineer visits as required.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding levels of customer service. Organised with good attention to detail you will have the ability to manage multiple accounts and ensure all customers have new orders fulfilled to a high standard, whilst existing customer queries are also resolved in a timely and effective manner. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role and previous account management or scheduling experience would be beneficial.
Working office hours Monday to Friday you will also be required to work one Saturday in four with a day off in lieu. Own transport is desirable due to my client’s location.
