A Customer Service Trainee job based in Malvern, paying between £16,000 and £17,000 per annum DOE.

Your new role
Your new role will see you become an important cog in the wheel of the company Affinities Department, assisting with all areas of general administration, whilst beginning to learn and build a knowledge of the insurance business. You will work very closely with the other members of the team to provide high levels of customer service, ensuring all clients receive a prompt and accurate response. You will input data into the company software and ensure all admin is kept up to date including the names, addresses of clients etc.Under supervision, you will issue insurance documentation and complete any other general ad hoc administration duties that may be required. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have good working knowledge working with Microsoft Office, be able to work confidently upon your own initiative, and as part of a well-structured team. You will good telephone manner and interpersonal skills, and have a willingness to learn and embrace new systems, procedures, and working environment. You will be driven and looking to become a valuable member of the team.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a basic salary of between £16,000 and £17,000 per annum, generous annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays, and various other company benefits including free parking, and healthcare cover.
