*Taking and managing incoming calls from customers
*Provide a high level of customer service
*Liaising with installers to give a quick and efficient response to customers
*Problem Solving

*You must be confident and have excellent communication skills
*Attention to detail
*Self motivated
*Extremely organised
*Monday-Friday 9-5pm
*Bonus structure in place for high performance
