YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquirers
• Taking messages and transferring calls to relevant departments
• Contacting customers with information related to their orders or enquirers
• Order processing
• Taking receipt of written orders from fax, post or email
• Using sales software to process orders electronically
• Pick and pack orders for shipping
• Arranging collection and delivery with carrier and preparing paperwork
• Preparing and sending customer invoices
• Confirming customers receipt and execution of orders
• Dealing with quota from key accounts
• Maintaining accurate customer records
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Good communication
• Previous order processing experience
