Customer Administrator - temporary (up to 1 year)

Our client are based in Marlow and are currently looking for a long term temp (up to 1 year)

Job description

The customer administrator will join their Upgrade Delivery Team. The role will be responsible for customer operational tasks including:

  • Sending specific data, securely & to meet defined timescales
  • Logging the progress of each customer against our internal customer database
  • Working with the Customer Support team to help our customers migrate from their legacy product onto their new suite of products
  • Full training in the process will be provided

What they are looking for

  • Confident self-starter. Will be given plenty of guidance but must be happy to work under own steam asking questions to clarify work as necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite with heavy focus on Excel
  • Good communication skills, happy to deal with customer queries over the phone, via email as well as working with the Customer Support teams to resolve queries
  • Good organizational skills, the role will require a heavy focus on keeping records aligned and updating the internal computer systems
  • Reporting on progress on a daily/weekly basis
