The Role

As a
member of Gartner's fast-growing content recruiting and production team,
reporting to the Managing Vice President, Content, the Content Producer will be
responsible for producing a steady stream of high-quality, senior
practitioner-led webinars for our corporate members across a broad range of
industry sectors, from automotive and aerospace to healthcare and

duties include:

  • Researching
    potential C-level and other senior executive presenters in supply chain,
    operations and procurement roles in major companies
  • Recruiting
    suitable presenters for recorded (on-demand) webinars on clearly defined
  • Developing
    relationships with presenters to ensure high-quality content delivery and
    to identify new topics
  • Producing
    webinars with presenters recruited by other content team members 
  • Hosting
    webinars, introducing presenters and running Q&A sessions
  • Ensuring
    that all webinars follow our quality assurance process and criteria
  • Writing
    one-page “best practice insight” summaries of produced webinars


  • You will
    need to be confident, outgoing and tenacious, able to develop strong
    relationships with Senior executives in large companies and across
    multiple geographies. 
  • You must
    also be able to assimilate and filter general supply chain
    strategy/practices and sector-specific knowledge quickly and efficiently,
    in order to converse intelligently with existing and potential Gartner
  • To meet our
    stretching volume and quality targets, you will need to be well organised,
    methodical and a clear communicator, capable of working both independently
    and collaboratively with other members of our content, account management,
    marketing and sales teams. 
  • A strong
    interest in big business is essential. 
  • Knowledge of
    supply chain management would be an advantage. 
  • You are
    likely to have 1-2 years’ experience in a conference production or similar
    role and a minimum of 3-5 years of total work experience
