Commercial Property Paralegal

A Commercial Property Paralegal is now required for a rewarding opportunity with a highly regarded regional law firm with an enviable reputation . The role will be based in Derby and offers a salary of up to £20K

The team consists of 1 partner and 1 legal secretary and are now looking to bring in a paralegal to assist a partner on their caseload.

Assisting on matters you should be able to assist from instructions through to post-completion advise clients accordingly, draft contract documents and accompanying documentation required for the conveyancing process and deal with enquiries raised by clients and by partner acting for the other parties.

The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, able to organise and co-ordinate well, be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills. You must possess a law degree and due to the nature of the role, have at least 6 months commercial property experience.
