A Commercial Property Paralegal is required to join a highly regarded full service firm in their central Newcastle office. Ideally you will currently be working in another commercial property department and have existing skills within the commercial property sector. However Paralegals with a background in residential conveyancing will also be encouraged to apply.
You will form part of a specialist Investment Property Department and therefore on a daily basis help manage the acquisition of properties. This is a great role for someone looking to advance their commercial property skills and join a firm that truly value their employees and have a great working atmosphere.
-The main function of your role will be to provide paralegal support to the Commercial Property department.
-You will work closely with the Team Leader and once confident pick up your own caseload of files and manage the acquisition of properties.
-In this role you will manage the full transactional process and regularly update clients throughout the process. You will also be responsible for completing money laundering checks and so ensuring compliance at all times.
-This role would suit someone who has experience within commercial property who wants to establish themselves within this practice area and develop their skills.
-Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients.
-Those with case management experience are also preferable.
