Commercial Property Paralegal wanted for Legal 500 law firm

Founded in the 1950's my client is listed in the Legal 500 directory, recommended for dispute resolution, commercial property and commercial finance work. With this plus additional accreditations, they are known as one of the most established high quality law firms in East London. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their successful team. Their success as a law firm and in acting for their clients is built on close personal relationships and a thorough understanding of each client's business and commercial objectives.

The Role:

A Commercial Property Paralegal is now required for a well established Commercial Property department. As a commercial property paralegal within this firm you will be expected to provide support to partners and other solicitors within the team and your role will include but will not be limited to; liaising with clients, general assistance with property searches, dealing with the land registry, assisting with exchange and completion and post completion work. The Candidate:

You must have a minimum of two years’ experience in Property Law
You will have a with a sound knowledge of leasehold and freehold acquisitions and commercial leases.
You will have strong academics 2:1 or above
You will be used to working in a team environment.
You will have excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will be flexible and client-focused.

Vacancy Information:

• Location: East London
• Salary range (DOE): £25,000 - £30,000
• Job type: Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday (full-time)
