An exciting opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a fast growing team with a leading payment solutions Company. They are the market leaders in niche corporate travel solutions globally across 60 countries. Clients vary from large multinationals, to public sector through to SMEs.
If you are passionate about customer service, client experience and building great working relationships, this is the role for you.

The Role

As a Client Services Executive you will be central to representing the company brand externally and often will be the first point of contact for all incoming queries from new and existing clients. You will also be integral to the Account Management team. Your responsibilities include:
*Handling all incoming enquires from Clients, Head office, Suppliers and New Clients
*Providing advice on the full range of products, including liaising internally to maximise knowledge
*Responding to payment claims and queries
*Provide general information on features and benefits of the card
*Training clients on use of systems
*Management of data quality

The Person

The key to success in this role is a positive and proactive attitude towards all aspects of client services. You will also need to be:

*Experienced in working in a commercial office environment
*Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
*Passionate about Client/ Customer Service
