Salary OTE £53,000

We are looking to appoint an established Client Relationship Manager to deliver market leading Customer Experience solutions within the Contact Centre space. You will be a proven Client Relationship Manager capable of nurturing and growing accounts via a consultative approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop excellent customer relationships
  • Identify new opportunities to develop and grow your accounts
  • Ensure that customer’s expectations are fully met
  • Developing interdepartmental relationships to support strategy
  • Utilising best practice to enhance client-side Customer Experience

Essential skills & experience:

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully networking and building relationships
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated to succeed
  • Commercial acumen
