Their offices based near Bromley in Kent offer a range of financial solutions to clients and due to expansion and a number of internal promotions within their Employee Benefits depatment they are recruiting for a Client Administrator for their Client Services division.
As Client Administrator you will be working as part of a team and you will have a portfolio of clients for whom you will be the first point of contact.
As Client Administrator you will need excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and excellent time plannng and time management skills as you may be liaising with several key contacts across your portfolio of clients at the same time . You will need to be able to work within a pressurised environment at times although it is a very relaxed and fun department however you will need to be able to work to strict timescales and deadlines regarding reporting of requested information and reports within FCA guidelines..
This is a high profile role and the Client Administrator is responsible for providing the highest level of service excellence to clients and so requires excellent communication skills, time planning and time management skills. You will need to be able to work under pressure at times and to strict deadlines and be able to work on a number of projects and tasks simultaneously. In addition the Client Administrator will need to demonstrate thorough administration skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail and intermediate to advanced Excel. Whilst specific experience of Share Plans is not required experience of working within a regulated environment would be beneficial as is the desire to develop a long term career within financial services. The Client Administrator should be educated to A Level with 2+ years relevant work experience or be a recent graduate with strong customer and client focused skills.
