Case Handler - Legal Firm

Hargreaves Recruitment have a position based in Wakefield for a Case Handler to work in a busy Remortgage Department.

Key responsibilities;

To be responsible for their own case load of 200-250 files.

Tasks include, Title Checking, Dealing with Restrictions, setting files for completion, Transfers of Equity, completing Remortgage transactions.

To be responsible for taking phone calls and dealing with emails, website updates and the online message centre and taking necessary proactive action on files.

Will be expected to maintain levels of service by ensuring that all areas of each Lender Service Level Agreements are met as per the guidelines from the team manager.

There is a bonus of up to £300 per month on target earnings dependent on the amount of successful files closed.
