The company enables clients to understand and engage their customers at a higher level, increasing their sales and improving overall business performance. They provide a specialist, high quality lead generation service that focuses on reflecting their customers to provide a few high-quality leads rather than pages of names on a list.

The main purpose of this role is to generate new business by making appointments on the phone. This will involve cold and warm calling. You will be call leads on behalf of your client accounts and the company itself.


" Daily management of activities/tasks/client database

" Management of emails

" Managing call standards/targets

" Contacting Leads

" Database mining/ proactively sourcing you own leads

" Complete call logs


" Highly developed communication skills

" Proven track record of B2B cold calling

" Ability to work logically, systematically

" Good eye for detail
