Associate HR Business Partner

To provide a comprehensive support service to the KNGD transition programme,
working in conjunction with both the transition and the business as usual (BAU)
HR representatives. As well as coordinating key HR activities (as advised by the HR Business Partners) linked to the transition programme.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of the change management activities which form part of the transition programme, to support business objectives.
  • Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with legislative requirements, Company procedures and any recognised local agreements in place within the sites, at all times.
  • Provide regular updates to key contacts, ensuring that they are aware of progress against plans
  • Support the delivery of high quality HR practices and policies which will contribute to the organisation's
    strategic and tactical success.
  • Ensure that all matters relating to Human Resources, are at all times, conducted in accordance with legislative
    requirements, Company procedures and any recognised local agreements in place within the site.
  • Liaising with HRBP's, coordinate activity and site visits from our toxicology and occupational health providers and liaise with managers and individuals to attend scheduled timeslots.
  • Work with local administrators, HRSC and any other relevant personnel (e.g. Payroll, Reward, Resourcing, POD) to ensure that systems and documentation are accurate, up-to-date and processed within the requisite timescales.
  • Coordinate and arrange consultation and other meetings, including the issuing of invite letters, arranging meeting rooms/facilities, preparing schedules, making alternative arrangements where appropriate and ensuring that all relevant individuals are kept fully updated.
  • Support the BAU HR team, where required.
  • Undertake or support HR-related projects which relate to the needs of the designated site, the division, or the organization.
  • Participate, encourage and implement an ethos of Business Excellence.
