Analyst - DCC Model Office x 14

You truly can make a difference in this role: You’ll support in defining new processes for the latest generation of npower’s Smart meters, which means you are at the forefront of giving our customers the best Smart experience possible.
As a Senior Analyst in our Energy Services business, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and analysing the end to end (E2E) processes for the customer journey and field installations. You will be investigating a wide range of complex issues, these will require analysis of data from different systems or processes to identify the root cause. This means you will be liaising with other teams in the business so that you can implement solutions to improve data and/or customer service.
Energy Services is a segment of npower, supporting the Home and Business and Business Solutions’ segments. Its mission is to make a rapid transition to a Smart world and equip npower to make the most of the future connectivity in a new smart world. With approximately 1800 field and office people geographically dispersed, the Energy Services’ strategy is to create a competitive advantage, through reduced costs and better customer relationships. The focus is on developing core activities, accelerating enablers to deliver Smart capability, support the development of new products and services for customers and continue to deliver ECO(Energy Company Obligation).
We want to make sure you get the best start in your new role so to support you in the initial stages we’re providing you with some great training. This will give you an insight into the current exceptions management process, which is the foundation the new Smart Meter processes will be built on.
The environment is fast-paced and the business is going through a lot of change, it's an exciting time. To thrive in this role we are looking for you to have an analytical mindset, a high level of IT skills and an eye for detail. You’ll need to be confident, tenacious and an excellent communicator to influence your people networks. As some of the data you will be working with is sensitive a BS5758 security check is required.

£25,983 rising to £27,240
