Our fantastic client, a leading player in their industry is seeking organised individuals with excellent time management and attention to detail. You will be required to provide t administrative support to the sales team and their clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who have an interest in developing a career. You will get all the training you need to be a competent sales administrator in a challenging and fun environment with team members who have a wealth of experience to share. You will be pivotal in meeting client SLA's and managing workload to aligned sales team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer queriesn.
  • Distribution & follow up on all agreements
  • Issuing price lists & back order reports
  • Customer review meetings

You will have regular interaction with internal customers including Purchasing, Accounts & Specialists as well as plenty of opportunity to build relationships with existing and new clients within your Teams.

Are you the right candidate?

The right candidate will be:

  • Educated to GCSE standard with Maths and English - Essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outlook, Word and Excel experience / knowledge essential
  • Previous experience in a customer service/sales environment preferred but not essential
  • Previous Sales Administration or Order Processing experience advantageous
