We are currently working with a prestigious Law Firm in Leeds city centre who are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their fantastic team for an ongoing temporary assignment.

To be considered for Administration Assistant, you must have the following:

  • Minimum of one year's administration experience
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great time management and organisational skills

We are looking for a candidate who has a professional work ethic, and an experienced Administrator for this busy and professional team within the Legal sector. To be considered, you must be available to commit to this long-term role, working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

As Administration Assistant some of your day to day duties will include scanning documents, binding and printing documentation alongside providing ad-hoc administration support across the wider business. It's a great working environment with a supportive and friendly team environment.
