GrabaLaptop is a major reseller of well known branded computer products in the consumer electronics industry. Our Head office is based in Farlington, where we refurbish, prepare and dispatch our products for sale.
Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our fast-paced office team. This position provides variety and would therefore be suited to someone who is highly organised and a strong multi-tasker.
In the position of Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and emails responding accordingly
- Liaise with the Office Manager on customer complaint resolutions
- Produce & process invoices
- Printing labels for outgoing mail
- Sending and reporting on customer satisfaction surveys
- Any ad-hoc office duties

Salary: £14,000 - £16,500
