£18,000 per annum
My client are looking for a full time Administration Assistant to join their busy office located to the south of Tunbridge Wells. They are a young and dynamic company with a friendly yet highly professional team.
Candidates should have an excellent command of the English language, be good communicators and be at least an intermediate level user of Microsoft Office software.
The Role will be varied including reception, diary management, audio typing, formatting and proof reading reports, mail and other general administration.
The candidate should possess the following key skills:
- Conscientious and reliable
- Attention to detail
- Presentation skills
- Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Audio typing
- Time management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Answering calls/ taking messages etc.
- Data inputting
- Document Formatting
- Updating diaries/calendars
- Day to day administration & office duties
- Mail outs/post
