The main duties of the post are to handle all telephone and email enquiries from NHS staff Social Work Police and other external agencies; manage current child protection processes and maintain all relevant spreadsheets; organise all relevant training for the team and record on Empower; note minutes at meetings and action plan and any other administrative duties as/when required. Applicants must have excellent communication and IT skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Packages is essential and experience of Empower is desirable but not essential.
