Due to recent business expansion, we are seeking an Account Manager to manage our existing Partner relationships. The role will be office based, but we can consider home-working too.
You will be tasked with helping existing Partners get the most out their Lease Telecom account, by maximising use of our cutting edge online portal. This is a relationship building role, as opposed to traditional sales and will suit an individual with experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
We will provide full training on our portal and the finance product being sold.
Day to day duties will involve:
- Calling Partners to arrange system training and online demos
- Providing support for new and historic sales
- Answering general and new sales enquiries via telephone, email and live chat
- Promoting new offers and marketing content to Partners
- Working closely with the Marketing Director and Support Teams to drive engagement and interest in our service
You will be part of a growing team who are on a mission to simplify the financing of telecoms and IT for business. We work with over 350 Partners nationwide and have over 2000 customers.
