My client is a fast growing Online Marketing and Cloud Tech consultancy looking for motivated, talented and ambitious sales people to join their expanding company for a long term career with huge opportunities for progression.
Roles & Responsibility of the Account Manager/Executive:
- Proactively upsell online marketing and cloud tech solutions to an existing client base of SME's.
- Helping customers to find better solutions than cancelling, you will be rewarded heavily on account saves.
- Developing relationships with targeted clients and promoting the services they offer.
- Account Management of client's accounts, dealing with clients queries, ensuring a smooth transition for the client if changing suppliers.
- Keeping up to date with the market & advising clients of current market trends.
As an Account Manager you will be developing long term relationships with small businesses to help them with all aspects of their online marketing and cloud tech requirements. You must have a consultative approach and look at the bigger picture, not just a one off deal. The role will involve growing existing accounts, troubleshooting and advising on all aspects of the digital and tech market.
Account Manager Experience & Qualifications:
Graduate calibre with a minimum of 6 - 12 months + experience of working in a B2B sales environment
You will have excellent communication skills and be highly organised
An outgoing and friendly team player with a passion for growing client accounts
You will have bags of enthusiasm, excellent relationship building skills and the resilience to hit upsell and retention targets consistently
You are not scared to get on the phone and speak to people, in fact, you love talking to your clients
A proven track record in sales preferably within the B2B sector, can demonstrate excellent objection handling skills, have worked and excelled in a target driven environment as well as flexibility, resilience and confidence
