Culture Amp is looking for up to two exceptional Account Executives to join us in our mission to enable as many companies as possible to be #culturefirst through accessible people analytics. In this mission-critical role, you will:

  • Generate new business opportunities through extensive market research, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities

  • Carry-out surveys, compile and analyse sales figures, prepare reports and proposals for marketing campaigns (Geek Ups), sales strategies and other promotional activities

  • Follow-up on opportunities generated by attending People Geek Ups and other company events

  • Manage sales and relationships with clients

  • Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close and communicate any challenges or wins to the team, effectively analysing sales pipeline and accurately forecasting quarterly sales

  • Understand client’s requirements, educate the customer on Culture Amp’s value, highlighting our differentiators, effectively demonstrating the product over video conference, and guiding them through the sales process, and analyse customers’ reactions to the product, packaging, price, etc.

  • Confidently run product demos for people leaders of companies varying across industries and sizes

  • Liaise with senior members of the team to set sales strategy and work collaboratively with People Scientists and Customer Success Coaches to support and set expectations for customers

  • Stays apprised of competitors’ product and service offerings

Skills, experience, and qualifications required:

  • Owned the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Outbound prospecting and lead generation experience

  • Experience in managing relationships with customers

  • Experience in producing reports for marketing campaigns and sales strategies

  • Significant experience selling HR technology to HR professionals

  • Formal and accredited sales training desirable

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Clinical or Organizational Psychology desirable

  • Experience working in a global and fast-moving organisation.
