Do you have great customer service skills? Are you looking to be part of a rapidly growing, national company where you can develop your skills with training, and progress? Then this incredible opportunity is for you! We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to look after key accounts worth up to £500K in revenue.
You will be responsible for building influential relationships with your accounts and ensure the absolute best service is delivered. This will involve liaising with all areas of the business, particularly the production department. It is expected that you will grow the turnover of these accounts through the delivery of outstanding service on behalf of the company and there will be KPI’s in place to measure this. Please note there is no hard or cold sales involved in this position and it is office based.
Main duties will include:-
Identify and develop existing customer base
Ensure all administrative and audit procedures are complied with
Promote and upsell company products
Maximise business opportunity development potential
Generate business through quality customer service
Explain service and products to customers and analyse customer suitability for products
Prepare estimates and quotes
Develop detailed knowledge of company products and procedures
What you’ll need:-
To be shortlisted for this job you will have previous account management experience. Industry experience is not essential as product training will be given but the successful applicant must be able to hit the ground running with managing their accounts. You will be an excellent communicator, a team player and be confident to manage expectations both with your clients and internally.
