I heard about this module but I guess in UK is hardly anyone doing this certi. as it is not required by industry. What are the benefits doing it ?

Hi Vipul Doing certification is not mandatory to apply for jobs but it is always a nice to have on the CV. Many of our SF students got placed within 3 months of training even without certification exam. As a lot of organizations are moving towards SuccessFactors which is a cloud based solution from on-premise HCM solution, hence it is going to create a lot of job opportunities. After attending the SuccessFactors training, this knowledge can be applied in the job. Certification is recommended.
