Getting Prepared - Access the software and course materials

The instructor demonstrates the course's overview and introduces Sage software and how to sign up online.

Starting Point

Module two shows the creation steps for a new company file.

Setting Up The System

This module depicts the setup and uses Sage for Amending the chart of accounts, Sage version upgrading, opening balance entries, and completing the journal. Expands report opening trial balances, reverse-opening balances including accruals, prepayments, and showing a report.

Nominal Ledger

Module four will enable you to amend the nominal ledgers and report listing.

Customers

This part shows customers' function and enter customers with the report.

Suppliers

Familiarising yourself with suppliers' functions, entering suppliers, and creating suppliers' report lists will enhance your analytical skill.

Sales Ledger

Section seven introduces the sales ledger, entering customer invoices in a batch. You'll also be able to use post-sales credit notes and reports showing customer activities.
